Mounjaro® and Wegovy® are recommended for those with a BMI exceeding 30, or between 27 and 30 if there are associated risk factors.
Orlistat and Xenical® can be prescribed for individuals with a BMI over 30, or over 28 if there are additional risk factors such as hypertension.
